5. AI-Generated Content
OppXpo uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis and recommendations. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You should independently verify any information before acting upon it. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness.
6. Limitation of Liability
OppXpo and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Public Library & Non-Deletion Clause
By using the Explore page, you acknowledge and agree that all generated outputs are automatically saved to a public repository and are viewable by other users. Generated content cannot be deleted or made private by the user. Do not input sensitive, proprietary, or personal data into the Explore page.
12. Copyright & Trademark Takedown
If you are a copyright or trademark owner and believe that any text generated and publicly displayed on our platform infringes upon your intellectual property, please contact us at rick1gig@gmail.com. We will promptly review and remove the offending text from the public library upon verification.
13. Earnings Disclaimer
OppXpo provides AI-generated opportunity ideas and strategic recommendations for informational and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding income, revenue, profits, or business success. Any earnings or income examples or projections are estimates only and should not be considered typical or promised results. Your actual results depend on numerous factors including your individual skills, effort, market conditions, business acumen, and execution. We encourage you to conduct your own due diligence and consult with qualified professionals before pursuing any business opportunity or making financial decisions.
14. Affiliate Notice
OppXpo may participate in affiliate marketing programs.
