Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use OppXpo:

• Analysis Inputs: Domains, URLs, and topics you submit for analysis.
• Session Identifier: A randomly generated session ID stored in your browser's localStorage to associate generated opportunities with your session.
• Generated Opportunities: All opportunities generated through the Service are stored publicly on the server. They are visible to all visitors and, per our Terms of Service (Section 4), are freely usable by anyone.
• Theme Preference: Your light/dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To perform AI-powered analysis of the domains and topics you submit
• To persist generated opportunities across browser sessions
• To publicly display generated opportunities on the Discover page, where they are accessible and reusable by all visitors under the license granted in our Terms of Service (Section 4)
• To improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties

3. AI Processing

When you submit domains or topics for analysis, this data is sent to third-party AI providers (via OpenRouter) to generate analysis results. These providers may process your inputs in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend not submitting sensitive personal information in your analysis queries.

4. Data Storage

• Session ID: Stored in your browser's localStorage. No personal identification is required.
• Generated Opportunities: Automatically stored in a Cloudflare D1 database associated with your anonymous session ID.
• System Prompt: Stored in Cloudflare KV for the functioning of the Service.
• No account or email: We do not require user accounts or email addresses to use the Service.

5. Cookies

OppXpo does not use tracking cookies or any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar). We do not track your browsing behavior, collect analytics about your usage, or share data with advertising networks. We use browser localStorage exclusively for client-side preferences (theme, session ID, favorites, beta notice dismissal). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to third-party analytics or marketing services.

6. Third-Party Services

OppXpo uses the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare (Workers, Pages, D1, KV) — hosting and data storage
• OpenRouter — AI model API gateway for generating analysis

Each service operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

7. Data Retention

All generated opportunities are automatically saved to the public Discover page and retained indefinitely. Opportunities are publicly visible to all visitors and are not tied to a personal user account or panel. There is currently no user-facing delete functionality — opportunities are part of the public dataset and are not removable through the interface.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data associated with your session
• Stop using the Service at any time

In addition, under our Terms of Service (Section 4), you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and commercialize any opportunities you generate and any content publicly displayed on the Discover page — including building businesses, products, or services without restriction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
